Share your pelvic health rehabilitation journey!
Help us celebrate 50 years of advancing pelvic health physical therapy.
As the Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2027, we invite you to be part of this milestone by sharing your pelvic health rehabilitation journey.
For many people, finding pelvic health physical therapy is not easy. Some spend months—or even years—searching for answers before discovering that specialized physical therapy can help improve bladder, bowel, sexual, pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic pain, and abdominal health conditions. Every patient story helps raise awareness that effective, evidence-based care is available.
By sharing your experience, you can help educate others, reduce stigma surrounding pelvic health conditions, and inspire someone who may be struggling in silence to seek the care they deserve. Your story has the power to give hope, encourage conversations, and remind others that they are not alone.
Whether your journey involved overcoming chronic pain, returning to the activities you love, recovering after pregnancy, managing a pelvic health condition, or simply regaining confidence in your daily life, we would be honored to hear your story.
If you choose to participate, you may submit your story anonymously or include your name. If your story is selected, we will contact you before featuring it as part of the Academy's 50th Anniversary celebration on our website, social media channels, or other commemorative materials.
Thank you for helping us celebrate 50 years of advancing pelvic health physical therapy—and for inspiring the next generation of patients to take the first step toward healing.
