The CAPP Affiliate Program recognizes individuals who can help prospective learners understand the value, expectations, and experience of Academy education.
Approved Affiliates promote designated Certificate of Advanced Practice in Physical Therapy—or CAPP—courses through truthful, professional, and engaging content. Affiliates may share personal experiences, clinical insights, lessons learned, preparation tips, or the ways CAPP education has supported their professional growth.
The Affiliate Program is intended to strengthen awareness of CAPP education through trusted, peer-to-peer communication.

Reach a relevant professional audience through social media, email, websites, podcasts, professional communities, or other platforms.
Regularly share educational, clinical, professional development, or career-related information.
Communicate accurately, professionally, creatively, and respectfully.
Are willing to disclose the financial relationship clearly whenever promoting eligible courses.
Earn a % of the net course registration fee for each qualified purchase generated through your assigned tracking method.
Receive a unique referral link and/or promotional code that connects eligible registrations to your affiliate account.
Access Academy-approved logos, graphics, course information, key messages, and prerequisite reminders when available.
Promote courses in your own authentic voice while following Academy brand, disclosure, and professional conduct requirements.
Strong affiliate content educates and supports the audience rather than simply repeating a promotional message.
Explain why you selected a course and how the experience supported your professional development.
Share key insights, changes in clinical reasoning, or meaningful learning moments without reproducing protected course content.
Help future learners prepare for a webinar, lab, assignment, or course prerequisite.
Share your course setup, manual, travel experience, learning environment, or reflections after completing a course.
Address appropriate questions about course format, intended audience, preparation, and the learning experience.
Share eligible course dates, registration deadlines, and official Academy information with relevant audiences.
Tell us about your CAPP experience, audience, platforms, and proposed promotional approach.
Approved applicants must review and sign the CAPP Affiliate Marketing Agreement before participating.
The Academy will assign a referral link and/or promotional code for eligible CAPP courses.
Create accurate, professional content and clearly disclose your affiliate relationship.
Receive commission for qualified purchases recorded through your assigned referral link or code.
A course registration generally qualifies for commission when all of the following conditions are met.
The registration originates through the Affiliate’s assigned referral link or promotional code.
The registration is completed successfully and paid in full.
The registration is not canceled, refunded, or charged back.
The transaction does not involve fraud, abuse, or a self-referral.
The Academy’s registration and tracking records serve as the official record for determining commission eligibility. The net registration fee is the amount actually collected after discounts, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and applicable payment-processing adjustments.
Applicants should be prepared to provide the following information. Complete and thoughtful responses will help the Academy evaluate program fit.
Focus on the relevance and trust of your audience—not only follower count. Explain how your platform reaches people who would genuinely benefit from Academy education.
The Academy may consider several factors when selecting Affiliates. Meeting the general eligibility criteria does not guarantee acceptance.

Disclosures should be clear, easy to notice, and placed where the audience will see them before acting on the recommendation.
Unless otherwise communicated by the Academy, commissions may apply to designated courses within the following pathways.
The Academy may add or remove eligible courses based on program needs and will notify participating Affiliates of material changes.
Approved Affiliates generally participate for an initial term of 12 months after signing the Affiliate Marketing Agreement.
Commissions are calculated annually or semi-annually and paid within 45 days after the applicable payment period.
Affiliates must maintain current Bill.com information and complete any required tax documentation.
