The CAPP Affiliate Program recognizes individuals who can help prospective learners understand the value, expectations, and experience of Academy education.

Approved Affiliates promote designated Certificate of Advanced Practice in Physical Therapy—or CAPP—courses through truthful, professional, and engaging content. Affiliates may share personal experiences, clinical insights, lessons learned, preparation tips, or the ways CAPP education has supported their professional growth.

What Is a Qualified Purchase?

A course registration generally qualifies for commission when all of the following conditions are met.

The registration originates through the Affiliate’s assigned referral link or promotional code.

The registration is completed successfully and paid in full.

The registration is not canceled, refunded, or charged back.

The transaction does not involve fraud, abuse, or a self-referral.

The Academy’s registration and tracking records serve as the official record for determining commission eligibility. The net registration fee is the amount actually collected after discounts, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and applicable payment-processing adjustments.

Promote Professionally and Transparently

Affiliates Are Expected To

  • Share truthful, accurate, and professional information.
  • Include applicable course prerequisite reminders.
  • Clearly disclose that they may earn a commission.
  • Comply with applicable advertising and endorsement laws.
  • Tag the Academy’s official social media account.
  • Use Academy materials and trademarks only as authorized.
  • Follow Academy brand and professional conduct standards.

Affiliates May Not

  • Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims.
  • Guarantee certification, employment, or clinical outcomes.
  • Misrepresent course content, faculty, or prerequisites.
  • Disparage competing programs or organizations.
  • Imply they speak officially on behalf of the Academy.
  • Alter Academy trademarks without approval.
  • Use spam, deceptive advertising, or unauthorized paid search.

Disclosures should be clear, easy to notice, and placed where the audience will see them before acting on the recommendation.

The Academy may add or remove eligible courses based on program needs and will notify participating Affiliates of material changes.

Program Term

Approved Affiliates generally participate for an initial term of 12 months after signing the Affiliate Marketing Agreement.

Commission Payment

Commissions are calculated annually or semi-annually and paid within 45 days after the applicable payment period.

Payment Documentation

Affiliates must maintain current Bill.com information and complete any required tax documentation.

Important Program Information

This page provides a general overview of the CAPP Affiliate Program. Approved applicants must review and sign the Academy’s CAPP Affiliate Marketing Agreement before participating. If information on this page conflicts with the signed agreement, the signed agreement will govern.

The Academy reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its discretion. Participation does not create an employment, partnership, agency, joint-venture, or exclusive-representation relationship between the Affiliate and the Academy.
