Katy was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California in 2022. In her second year of PT school, she completed a rotation in Denver and fell in love with the city, the mountains, and the people. She knew that she wanted to go back as soon as she finished her program in California. Katy loves meeting new people and strives to build meaningful relationships with everyone she meets. She hopes to help people get back to doing what they love through movement science and evidence-based practice. Katy also has special interests in pelvic health and LGBTQ+ care. She enjoys traveling, hiking, painting, and trying new restaurants.
