Mentorship Services Description

I'm a physical therapist and former professional dancer with a clinical focus in orthopedics, pelvic health, hypermobility, and performing arts rehabilitation.

My mentorship approach is collaborative, practical, and rooted in clinical reasoning. I enjoy helping PT students and early-career clinicians bridge the gap between classroom knowledge and real-world patient care, particularly in movement assessment, exercise prescription, patient education, and developing confidence in clinical decision-making.

I'm especially passionate about making complex movement science approachable and helping clinicians understand not just what to do, but why.

I'm open to connecting with mentees interested in these areas for virtual discussions, case-based learning, and professional development. Availability is coordinated individually.
