I’m a physiotherapist specialized in OB-GYN care, focusing on women's health across all life stages—from puberty and pregnancy to postpartum recovery and menopause. I bring hands-on experience in pelvic health, as well as managing musculoskeletal and neurological conditions through evidence-based care that enhances function and quality of life.
Alongside clinical practice, I serve as a lecturer, blending strong theoretical knowledge with practical insights to train and mentor future physiotherapists.
