Dr. Mamata Mariyappa, PT, DPT, PRPC, is a pelvic health physical therapist specializing in the treatment of pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum conditions, and other lumbopelvic disorders. She integrates evidence-based pelvic floor rehabilitation with breathwork, therapeutic exercise, and yoga-informed movement to support whole-person healing.
