Elizabeth is a pelvic and orthopedic PT specializing in perinatal care, female pelvic health, and female athletes. Her special ares of interest/experience includes working with olympic weightlifters, powerlifters, Crossfit, and fitness athletes. She is a USAW-L1 Coach and Certified in Dry Needling and pelvic floor dry needling through the Spinal Manipulation Institute. She has training in visceral fascial mobilization. She is located in Olympia, WA and provides in person services and Telehealth.
