Professional Bio
I believe that movement is powerful medicine.
I glean joy from moving my body in all its capacities and am passionate about helping other people feel and move optimally.
I completed my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science at the University of Montana, and made my way to the Tetons to enjoy the outdoors for a few years before attending graduate school. I received my doctorate in physical therapy at the University of Utah.
My treatment is guided by curiosity and I remain a lifelong student. I attend continuing education courses continually throughout the year. I have completed continuing education courses in manual therapy, spinal manipulation, therapeutic Pilates, EIM Functional Dry Needling level one and two, dry needling for pelvic floor, running rehab+ gait analysis, blood flow restriction training, SFMA Functional Movement Systems, prenatal and postpartum care, perimenopausal care, pelvic health and pelvic rehab for all genders and ages, and rehab for weight lifting + fitness athletes and pregnant/ postpartum athletes, rehab for rock climbers, and ICE Physio courses in low back pain, neck pain and management, extremity injury management, pregnancy/ postpartum, spinal manipulation, dry needling courses.
I am always looking for the next class to take to further evolve my expertise and perspective.
