🧘♀️ Join us for a refreshing twist on our annual leadership recruitment event—Namaste for Nominations! This interactive, movement-friendly gathering is your opportunity to learn about the Academy’s nominations and elections process while connecting with fellow members in a relaxed setting. Kick off the afternoon with a 15-20 minute breath work and chair yoga session (open to all levels), led by a 200 hour yoga instructor (and fellow Academy member!), to ground, stretch, and energize. Then, stick around for fun ice breakers, casual mingling, and a chance to meet the APTA Pelvic Health Nominating Committee and other Academy leaders.
Whether you're considering a future leadership position or simply curious about how the election process works, this is your chance to ask questions, get inspired, and explore the many ways you can get involved. We encourage you to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
