Dr. Snowden is a recognized national and international speaker, author, and educator. As a faculty member of the APTA Academy of Pelvic Health, she instructs advanced practice courses in obstetric and pelvic health; she also serves as an adjunct faculty member in the DeSales University Doctor of Physical Therapy Program.
As the co-owner of Snowden & Litos LLC (www.snowdenlitos.com), she educates healthcare professionals on the latest research and clinical care regarding the menopause transition and beyond. Her dedication to the field is reflected in her service on various APTA Academy committees and her numerous accolades, including the prestigious 2024 Elizabeth Noble Award for Extraordinary and Exemplary Service. Dr. Snowden is passionate about elevating care through evidence-based education and promoting patient-centered wellness for all genders, including the LGBTQ+ community. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, skiing, and playing tennis.
