Cindi E. Rauert

Dr. Cindi Rauert is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Women’s Health and Pelvic Health. A highly skilled physical therapist, she provides exceptional orthopedic and pelvic healthcare for individuals of all genders. She combines a strong foundation in exercise science with a passion for complex pelvic health cases.

Clinical Experience: Cindi focused her early career in Denver non-profit hospital systems, including Intermountain, UCHealth Anschutz, and AdventHealth Parker. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams—including embedding within a Urogynecology clinic—she addressed bowel/bladder dysfunction, pelvic pain, and prenatal/postpartum care.

Specialized Skills: Telesis EMG biofeedback, pelvic floor dry needling, pessary education, and post-op care for sacrocolpopexy, vaginoplasty, and prostatectomy.

Current Practice: She brings this expertise to private practice at APTO Physical Therapy.

Education & Expertise: Cindi holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Regis University and a Master’s in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition from George Washington University.

Athletic Focus: A Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), she specializes in pelvic health for the fitness athlete (ICE Pelvic certified) and offers coaching in macro-based nutrition and virtual strength training.

Awards & Advocacy: Her dedication to the profession has been recognized with the Bob Doctor Service Award (APTA Colorado) and the National APTA Emerging Leader Award. She serves as affiliate faculty at the University of Colorado and guest lecturer at Regis University, while actively advocating for improved patient access to care at the state and national levels.

Personal Life: Outside the clinic, Cindi enjoys hiking, skiing, and relaxing with family. She also pursues her own strength goals, competing in the masters powerlifting category.
