Janice earned her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Wake Forest University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northwestern University. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Pelvic Health Section.

Janice has experience treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions and pelvic floor dysfunction, and she integrates both skill sets to address multifaceted cases. She continues to expand her expertise through advanced training with Herman & Wallace and APTA Pelvic Health, allowing her to effectively treat complex musculoskeletal and pelvic floor conditions.

Her treatment approach combines manual therapy with targeted exercise intervention. She utilizes techniques such as myofascial release, dry needling, cupping, taping, biofeedback, as well as gait/running analysis. Janice is committed to helping each patient make meaningful progress, regain independence, and feel empowered in their recovery.
