In my 15 years as a physical therapist, I have discovered a passion for treating patients as a whole person. With the traditional health care system I was restricted to treating one body part at a time in isolation, which is not how our bodies function in real life. I started this clinic so that you can get the treatment you need to live your best life. What we do to achieve that should be a decision you and I make together along, with the rest of your healthcare team. It should not be dictated by insurance guidelines.
I specialize in treating the core, the foundation for everything your body does. My skills in this area have been honed by extensive training in pelvic health. I love this stuff so much I even teach it to other physical therapists! So, in addition to treating traditional issues like back pain, hip pain, balance deficits, weakness, etc. I treat the weird stuff too! Everything from incontinence, pelvic pain, coccyx pain, constipation/diarrhea, pain or dysfunction while pregnant or postpartum, to diastasis recti, all the things! Basically if your issue involves your muscles, your joints, digestive system, nervous system, or your bladder, we can work on it.
I am looking forward to joining you on your path to wellness!
