Stacey Head

I am a board-certified women's health specialist and have a special interest in men's and women's pelvic health therapy and oncology. I also have a subspecialty in pregnancy and postpartum return to exercise and running, as well as care for female endurance athletes. Recently I have added advanced training in perimenopause and menopause. Each specialty area is important to me personally and professionally, as I enjoy helping people and feel it is important to treat the whole person via my additional training in health coaching. Additionally, I offer services, such as gait analysis as a certified RRCA running coach. I am also certified in lymphedema, dry needling, pregnancy and postpartum athleticism, yoga, Pilates and group cycling. Personally, I am an active mom who thinks that living a healthy lifestyle is important, and so I try to lead by example through not just being active but making healthy food choices. One way I do that is by participating in races, from 5Ks to ultramarathons and sprint triathlons to Ironman triathlons. I really enjoy helping people and feel it is important to treat the whole person.
