Therapeutic Health and Home is a mobile model where Sarah can come to you. She can see you in your home, a gym, at a trail head or at the eagle river clinic. She can meet you where you need the most help to reach your goals. Her coverage area is ALL of Anchorage and Eagle River. Eagle river clinic: 12032 Business Blvd Suite A Eagle River, Alaska 99577 Sarah grew up in the Midwest, raised in Michigan, and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Grand Valley State University in 2017. During her final clinical rotation in pelvic health, she discovered a passion for helping patients address pelvic health concerns—a focus that has guided her work ever since. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and genders, providing care for both pelvic health and orthopedic conditions. Sarah has advanced her orthopedic expertise through certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy with the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine. She has also completed extensive training in pelvic health and earned her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) in 2025. In 2019, Sarah and her soon-to-be husband moved to Alaska for better access to the mountains, and they have plans to live here forever. Outside the clinic, she embraces the outdoors whenever possible, enjoying mountain running, hiking with her dog Blue, skiing and biking.
