Professional Bio
Dr. Sara MacNeill is a graduate of Boston University where she received her BS in Health Studies and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees. Upon graduation, she worked in the acute care setting, working with a variety of patients including orthopedic, burns, plastic and reconstructive surgery, and critical care/ICUs. She also received additional training in treating vestibular dysfunction. During her time there, she developed a strong interest in the geriatric population as well as patients with complex medical and surgical backgrounds.
Since physical therapy school, Sara has had a strong interest in pelvic health and rehabilitation. After her own experiences and those of loved ones, Sara decided to further her education and training in the field of pelvic heath. She has received additional training from the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. Sara has a strong passion for helping patients reclaim their lives and rehabilitate following bladder, bowel, and/or sexual dysfunction.
