Professional Bio

Hi, I’m Rachel, Physical Therapist and founder of Radical Health and Wellness. I created this practice because I believe everyone deserves care that is evidence-based, personalized, and radically supportive.

I’m a licensed physical therapist with advanced training in pelvic floor therapy, dry needling, and Pilates-based rehabilitation. My approach is compassionate but direct, rooted in science but driven by your unique goals.

You won’t be rushed, handed generic exercises, or asked to explain the same story over and over. You’ll get one-on-one care that respects your time, your body, and your experience.

When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me out and about with my niece enjoying being an aunt, walking my dog, hiking, or organizing things for fun.

Let’s get you feeling strong, empowered, and in control again.
