Rachael Marie Gossett (Eckert)

Rachael Gossett, PT, DPT, SEP, PCES, is a licensed physical therapist in Colorado Springs specializing in pelvic floor physical therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, and trauma-informed care. She began her career in orthopedics, transitioned into pelvic health, and now integrates advanced training in Somatic Experiencing® Bodywork and Kathy Kain’s Touch Skills for body-based regulation.

Rachael takes a holistic, education-forward approach, helping clients understand how physical symptoms arise from musculoskeletal, biomechanical, or nervous system patterns. She combines manual therapy, exercise prescription, motor control training, and nervous system regulation techniques with compassionate, individualized care. Her goal is to help clients navigate pain, restore function, and identify the most efficient and effective ways out of physical discomfort, empowering them with knowledge and long-term resilience.
