Payton is a Florida native, born and raised in Orlando, settling in Gainesville after meeting her husband while attending the University of Florida. She had the unique experience after graduating from physical therapy school to specialize in womens health while building a breast cancer recovery program. Soon after graduating she continued her education in pelvic health to offer additional services to the clinic.
When not treating patients, she enjoys running, Peloton workouts, traveling, and volunteering with her church.
