Mollie Elizabeth Tanjoco

My name is Mollie and I am a physical therapist and CEO of Milestone Physical Therapy, Inc. I am native to the Sacramento area and proud to serve this amazing community. I have been a physical therapist since 2004 and have been lucky enough to experience diverse career opportunities. Beginning with sports medicine and orthopedics, I moved into neurological rehab and home health. After growing our family (3 amazing boys), I designed a private practice specializing in myofascial release and pelvic health. In 2012, I worked to develop a Pelvic Health program for men with pelvic pain and post-prostatectomy incontinence for Kaiser Permanente in Roseville. The common factor in all of my treatment has always been the integration of manual therapy and functional movement. For most patients, I have found that there is something holding them back from using exercise alone to recover. Faulty alignment, adhesion, improper sequencing of muscles, and fear of movement can all be addressed through a hands-on approach and thoughtful, guided movement to create balance in the body. Over the years Milestone PT has grown to include many providers who value this style of treatment. Together we are guiding patients into daily movement and self care with confidence and support. I feel so grateful to all of my patients, and my team, for trusting me to walk with them on their journey.
