Professional Bio

Mindy received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., where she graduated with honors and was a recipient of the Physical Therapy Program Excellence Award both years she was eligible. Prior to physical therapy school, Mindy attended Boise State University where she competed as a member of the volleyball team. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with a Biomechanics emphasis, as well as her Master’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.

Mindy has continued her clinical education and became a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2016 and became a Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT) through the North American Institute of Manual Physical Therapy (NAIOMT) in 2018. Her treatment approach combines manual therapy techniques with strength and conditioning principles to help patients improve function and empower them to return to desired activities as quickly and safely as possible.

Mindy’s experience as an athlete has sparked special interests in treating female athletes throughout the lifespan, and the rehabilitation and prevention of injuries in youth athletes. She has also developed a special interest in Women’s Health topics, particularly in the treatment of pregnant and post-partum conditions such as incontinence and diastasis recti.
