Professional Bio

Lindsay (She/Her/Hers) is a mother, veteran and military spouse born and raised in the
Ottawa Valley. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and a Masters in Physical Therapy. After the birth of her son, her interest in pelvic health was piqued, and she pursued further training in this area. Since then, she has completed extensive specialty pelvic health courses in areas that include prenatal/postpartum care, menopause, men’s health, trans/gender diverse health care, bowel/bladder dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain and sexual health. Recently, she completed the University of Michigan’s Sexual Health Certificate Program to provide more comprehensive sexual health care, which has rapidly become a particular area of interest to her.
Lindsay’s practice centres around using a holistic, evidence-informed, and individualized
approach to educate and empower individuals. By listening to an individual’s story, taking a thorough history, and completing a comprehensive assessment using a trauma-informed approach, she collaborates with individuals to identify their desired outcomes and strives to help them achieve them. Using her knowledge and expertise, she seeks to provide an inclusive, comprehensive, and dignified approach to care and to advocate for people.
