Professional Bio

Dr. Lindsay is a skilled physical therapist who has helped patients heal from injury, improve movement, and reconnect with their bodies since earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in 2015. Through years of work in outpatient orthopedics, she discovered a missing link in many patients’ recovery: unresolved pelvic floor dysfunction. Whether it was back pain, hip pain, neck pain or even headaches and TMJ, this deeper connection kept showing up, leading her to specialize in pelvic health.
Her approach looks beyond symptoms to consider how the nervous system, posture, breath, and daily habits influence lasting recovery. Through education and hands-on care, Dr. Lindsay empowers patients to build a strong foundation for lifelong wellness.
