Professional Bio
I received my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Thomas Jefferson University in 2018. By the end of my training there, I knew that I wanted to specialize in pelvic health, and I completed my Women’s Health Residency at Good Shepherd Penn Partners the following year. There, I had the opportunity to work with patients with a wide range of diagnoses and to develop the skill and creativity I now bring to my work. I am on a mission to educate my patients about their own bodies and to make pelvic health care more accessible to all.
What sets me apart from other physical therapists goes far beyond my clinical expertise. I approach complex problems with curiosity, humility, and humor. I see myself not as a guru or healer who can “fix” people, but as someone who can provide tools to help the body function better from the inside out. I create a trauma-informed therapy environment where my patients feel they are safe, truly heard, and worthy of taking up space and investing in their own well-being. It is a great privilege to earn patients’ trust in such an intimate therapy setting, and this is a privilege I never take for granted.
