Professional Bio

Dr. Crush earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Kentucky in 2015, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Bellarmine University in 2018. She completed a post-graduate residency program in 2022 from Brooks Rehabilitation, and became an APTA Board Certified Specialist in Women's and Pelvic Health Physical Therapy in 2023.
Dr. Crush is inspired to bridge the gap between traditional physical therapy services and movement-based medicines that facilitate a healthy, active lifestyle. In late 2023, she founded CrushCORE, a mobile private practice, utilizing a holistic approach with orthopelvic-based interventions to provide each client with an individualized plan of care.
