Professional Bio

Dr. Courtney Schultz is an advocate of patient-informed care and autonomy in physical therapy, focusing on treating the whole person through a holistic approach, addressing the underlying factors that contribute to pelvic floor dysfunction. Courtney has completed pelvic health courses focusing on pelvic floor dysfunction (urinary incontinence, bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, pregnancy, and post-partum recovery). Her approach to care is centered around empowering patients with knowledge and movement strategies to reduce the need for surgical interventions and improving overall quality of life. Courtney believes no one should have to tolerate leakage or pain while laughing, coughing, or engaging in any daily activities. By fostering a safe and supportive environment, she ensures that all patients feel heard, respected, and comfortable. She is trained in trauma-informed care and recognizes the unique needs of each individual. Courtney is passionate about women’s health and aims to help individuals reclaim their comfort and confidence while providing them with the tools and support needed to thrive.
