Professional Bio

Hi! My name is Ciera, I am the co-owner of Personalized Wellness & Recovery, LLC and Assistant Professor of Practice at UIndy. I have been working in pelvic health ever since I graduated with my DPT, and I see anyone age 15 and older. I have a special interest in pelvic pain conditions, men undergoing surgery for prostate related disease, and constipation. I also enjoy treating abdominal scar tissue and abdominopelvic adhesions. I am located in the Fountain Square neighborhood and I cannot wait to help you heal.

PWR is a serene, welcoming, and healing environment. My goal is to make you feel at home, heard, and supported in your wellness journey. Whether you are looking to manage urgency, leakage, constipation, pain, or scars I am here to help.
