Professional Bio

Dr. McCleary, DPT, WCS is a Rio Grande Valley native and the region’s only board-certified clinical specialist in Women’s Health Physical Therapy. With over nine years of experience, she specializes in diagnosing and treating common, often uncomfortable conditions, such as urinary leakage, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic pain. She is passionate about educating both men and women on the prevalence of pelvic floor dysfunction and how, in many cases, it can be conservatively managed and improved.

Dr. McCleary earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from The Ohio State University, where she also completed an internship in Auckland, New Zealand. She later obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Texas State University.

Recognizing the significant need for specialized care in the Rio Grande Valley, Dr. McCleary founded RGV Pelvic Health Physical Therapy in McAllen, TX. She is deeply committed to delivering evidence-based treatments that enhance the comfort and quality of life for both men and women in her community.
