Dr. Winuk has been practicing physical therapy for over 30 years, holds her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Hunter College, her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University, is certified as a Pelvic Rehabilitation Provider and holds Board Certification in Biofeedback for Pelvic Muscle Dysfunction. She is the owner/founder of Winuk Pelvic Health Physical Therapy, PLLC, the former founder/owner of Moms in Motion Physical Therapy, PC. , and has been instrumental in developing and implementing the outpatient Pelvic Health Physical Therapy program at Putnam Hospital Center in Carmel, New York. Dr. Winuk has extensive experience in the treatment of urinary and fecal incontinence, chronic constipation, pre- and post-pregnancy care, menopause symptom management, organ prolapse, pelvic pain and sacroiliac joint dysfunction. An avid writer, Dr. Winuk has been a contributing columnist to several publications, offering easily digestible medical content for the general population. Dr. Winuk is a sought after guest lecturer for medical Grand Rounds, conferences and community health promotion events.
