Professional Bio

Dr. Brittany Schroeder, PT, DPT, WCS, NCPT, is a pelvic health physical therapist and Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher based in Columbus, Ohio. She is the founder of Core Moves Pelvic Floor PT and Pilates, a practice dedicated to helping individuals overcome pelvic pain, core dysfunction, and movement limitations.

Her work blends orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapy with Pilates-based movement to retrain the body toward more efficient, coordinated patterns. She emphasizes a whole-body approach—addressing breathing, posture, nervous system input, and strength—to support lasting change rather than temporary symptom relief.

Dr. Schroeder earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The Ohio State University and completed advanced residency training in women’s health through OhioHealth and Ohio University. She is also certified through Polestar Pilates (Rehabilitation track) and has contributed as a residency mentor.

She is deeply committed to guiding patients toward better lives through movement.
