Practice Description

I am a patient-centered physical therapist who collaborates in treating all of my patients, especially my patients with pelvic pain, endometriosis, pelvic dysfunction, incontinence, dyspareunia, and postpartum, as these can impact each person so differently.

I have extensive training in the implementation of many manual treatments, including fascial mobilization, visceral manipulation, myofascial release, Graston, Cupping, trigger point release, and various types of joint mobilizations that we can utilize to reduce pain and improve motion. I use functional movement, breathing techniques, and positional strategies to help you recover and start your healing journey.
