Professional Bio
I am a New Jersey native and a Doctor of Physical Therapy graduate from Quinnipiac University, class of 2017. After graduation, I began my career in an outpatient orthopedic setting, where I developed a strong foundation in musculoskeletal rehabilitation while also gaining experience in neurologic care, with a particular focus on treating individuals with Parkinson’s disease. In 2021, I relocated to Connecticut and began transitioning my clinical focus toward pelvic health physical therapy. Since then, I have continued to build on my orthopedic background while developing specialized skills in pelvic health, allowing me to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. My clinical approach emphasizes individualized treatment, movement-based rehabilitation, and evidence-informed practice. I am particularly passionate about bridging the gap between orthopedic and pelvic health care to optimize function, improve quality of life, and support patients across the lifespan.
