Professional Bio

Dr. Arielle Martone received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Columbia University, where she completed her capstone project on exercise during pregnancy. Her own journey to motherhood, including IVF, a C-section and a VBAC became the catalyst for building a practice dedicated to pelvic health.

Arielle helps patients navigate pregnancy, prepare for birth, recover postpartum, and return to the activities they love. She also treats pelvic pain, painful intercourse, urinary and bowel dysfunction, diastasis recti, and core or pelvic floor concerns.

Her approach combines pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapy, hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, yoga, and nervous system support. Arielle is passionate about creating a collaborative and welcoming environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their care.

In addition to her doctorate, Arielle has completed advanced training in pelvic and women's health, pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise, yoga training, and postpartum nutrition.
