My private practice is located in Clearwater, Florida and my classes are in Dunedin, Florida. I have over 30 years' experience as a physical therapist with experience in manual, sports, pediatrics, NICU and most recently with pelvic floor health in obstetrics. I am excited to start privately so that I can provide the mom-baby dyad where I treat you and your newborn during your postpartum recovery. There are also wellness classes to include pre-natal exercise classes, birth prep with your partner, post-partum with baby, and return to running post-partum.
