Catalyst Physical Therapy
Catalyst Physical Therapy is an out-of-network clinic that provides a holistic approach to care without the necessity to get prior approval, referrals, or jump through any hoops. We believe that each person deserves more than the status quo when it comes to rehabilitation and wellness. That is why we provide 1:1 care with your personal physical therapist with a full body evaluation and individualized treatment plan. That means that from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave, you will be with your provider 100% of the time. No bouncing between therapists or being passed off to assistive personal. No sitting by yourself on a bike or doing exercises with 10 other people next to you.
Our team are experts in the field with specialization in orthopaedics and spine care, pelvic health, and women’s health. This includes pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, presurgical and postsurgical rehab, and pain conditions. We combine hands-on care with education, lifestyle changes, and movement to help you become your best self and reach your goals.
