Professional Bio

Alison completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Colorado in 2021 after obtaining her Bachelors of Science in Health and Human Performance from Montana State University in 2019. Alison also has additional training in pelvic health and obstetric physical therapy.

Alison’s treatment philosophy utilizes a holistic, individualized, and collaborative plan of care with each patient. She does this by using evidence-based principles and a combination of education, exercise, and manual therapy treatments. In addition to treating pelvic health conditions, including incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic pain, Alison also treats individuals with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. She has a particular passion for treating individuals during pregnancy and in the post-partum period, as this is a period when physical therapy can be exceptionally beneficial for better function and outcomes after birth. She prioritizes patient education to improve her patients’ awareness of their body’s anatomy and function and empower them to participate more fully in their health and wellness.

Alison is a native of Eagle, Idaho, and enjoys traveling, climbing, skiing, playing piano, and knitting.
