Professional Bio

Dr. Alexis Morgan, PT, DPT is a pelvic health physical therapist, educator, and mentor advancing how pelvic floor care is understood, taught, and applied in active populations across the lifespan. She serves as the Pelvic Division Lead Faculty with the Institute of Clinical Excellence (ICEphysio), where she designs and updates curriculum, teaches nationally through live and online courses, and mentors clinicians seeking a fitness-forward, evidence-informed approach to pelvic health.

Alexis is also the co-owner of Onward Physical Therapy in Middle Tennessee, a performance-based physical therapy practice dedicated to helping individuals hurt less and get hurt less. Through comprehensive assessment, hands-on care, and individualized rehabilitation and performance coaching, she works with athletes, pregnant and postpartum individuals, and those navigating complex pelvic and orthopedic conditions.

Known for her clear, practical teaching style and systems-based clinical thinking, Alexis bridges the gap between traditional pelvic health and modern performance care. She is passionate about empowering clinicians to think critically, treat confidently, and integrate pelvic health seamlessly into real-world practice.

A Nashville native, Alexis remains deeply rooted in her local community while contributing to the broader evolution of pelvic health care nationwide. Outside of work, she enjoys CrossFit, pickleball, traveling with her husband and daughter, and navigating the ever-humbling, meaningful season of motherhood.
