Practice Description

Therapy SPOT is a privately owned multi-disciplinary outpatient orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation clinic treating patients through the lifespan. We proudly employ a diverse group of speech, physical, and occupational therapists who strive to provide the highest level of quality care available. Our mission is to offer evidence-based intervention treating the whole person with a focus on each patient's individual goals. Our individualized care model emphasizes a one to one patient to clinician treatment session. We aim to pair each patient with the ideal clinician based on their diagnosis, learning style, and preferences. We encourage open communication throughout the clinic so that we can meet the patient's needs. Evaluations and examinations are conducted in a private room and follow-up sessions are typically conducted in the therapy gym. The Plan of Care is established by the evaluating therapist and is sent to the referring provider. When using insurance, authorization requirements may be required prior to scheduling follow-up visits. We partner with Houston Physicians Hospital to perform all of our non-clinical and administrative functions so that we can focus on providing great clinical care. This includes authorizations, billing, and collections. Your medical records are available to you within 15 days of receipt of the Medical Release Form. When scheduling follow-up appointments please specify if there is a preferred day, time, or particular therapist. We will do our best to accommodate each patient's request. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask! Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your rehab journey!
