Trista Weimer, PT, DPT

Dr. Trista Weimer, PT, DPT, is a life-long learner passionate about orthopedic and women’s health physical therapy. She completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at Sacred Heart University in 2011. She is one of the 6% of Physical Therapists who are Board-certified as a Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic PT. After experiencing pregnancy and birthing 2 children, Dr. Weimer recognized and understood the need for women’s health physical therapy. She then pursued additional training in pelvic health and obstetrical physical therapy including becoming a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Dr. Weimer has received additional education in Selective Functional Movement Assessments, Dry Needling, Graston, running video analysis, and aquatic PT.
