I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified Hospital-Based Birth Doula. I’m passionate about lifting clients up throughout their lives — especially navigating pregnancy and the postpartum period.
It’s such an honor for me to help individuals and their families navigate the healthcare system, provide comfort and support, and advocate for their desires and needs.
