Dr. Lynn Marie Hemera, PT, DPT is a yoga teacher turned physical therapist who helps turn the volume of pain down with yogic infused and pain science supported strategies. Integrating breathwork, mindful movement, and patient education into her physical therapy sessions, Lynn Marie empowers individuals to feel at ease in their bodies and confident in their unique recovery journeys. As an orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapist, she is dedicated to helping patients overcome lumbopelvic pain and urinary incontinence as well as supporting their needs during and after pregnancy.
