A lifetime passion for science and movement started with professional dance and Pilates, a double major in Biological Sciences and Dance from Mount Holyoke College, Temple U for my Masters in PT, Advanced Board Certifications via the APTA (Women's Health Clinical Specialist) and the Herman & Wallace PRPC (Pelvic Rehabilitation Provider Certification), and after 15 years of working in Orthopedic, Neurologic and Dance Medicine, I specialized in Pelvic Health PT for all genders, opening clinics at Sutter Health Novato in 2012 and at Stanford Pelvic Health Center in 2018 where we have grown our PHPT staff to 5 wonderful PTs. My private home office includes Pilates rehab, inversion therapy, PHPT and general ortho PT designing personalized treatment plans to meet your functional goals. Pregnancy, Post partum, Perimenopause and Menopause (GSM) are passions of mine and I look forward to working with you to restore pelvic health and maximize quality of life!
