Lindsay Springer, PT, DPT, MS, PCES is a pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapist specializing in women’s health across the lifespan, with particular expertise in pregnancy and postpartum care. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree with honors from Pacific University and holds a Master of Science in Exercise Science, providing advanced training in movement analysis, exercise prescription, and progressive rehabilitation.
