Playground
Pelvic Health Marketplace

Playground meets patients across three of the concerns you see most:
-
Vaginal atrophy and the dryness, thinning, and discomfort that come with it
-
Recurring UTIs, irritation, and dryness that disrupt daily comfort
-
Arousal and lubrication needs, including changes tied to hormones, medication, or life stage

As effective as topical estrogen. Across four head-to-head clinical trials in 340 women, hyaluronic acid reduced vaginal atrophy symptoms—dryness, dyspareunia, burning, and itching—as well as or better than topical estrogen treatments (including Estrace, Premarin, Vagifem, and estriol).1–4
Measurable tissue improvement. In an 8-week randomized, double-blind, controlled trial in postmenopausal women, hyaluronic acid drove a more than 9x improvement in Vaginal Maturation Index (P<0.001),5 and a prospective study showed Vaginal Health Index scores doubled over the same period (P<0.001).6
Fast relief. In a randomized, controlled head-to-head trial, hyaluronic acid relieved vaginal dryness as early as 9 days—comparable to estrogen cream, with no significant difference between groups (P>0.05).4
Guideline-aligned. Hyaluronic acid is recommended first-line among non-hormonal treatments by The Menopause Society, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
A non-hormonal option for patients who need one. Hormone decline in menopause reduces the body's own hyaluronic acid in vaginal tissue by roughly 50%,7 directly driving dryness, thinning, and loss of elasticity.8,9 Miracle Melts replenishes it with 5mg of low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid—giving you an evidence-backed option for patients who can't or prefer not to use hormones.

Vaginal atrophy rarely shows up alone. The patients managing tissue changes are often the same ones dealing with recurring UTIs, daily dryness, and discomfort during intimacy—so Playground is built to be recommended as a regimen, not a single SKU:
-
Miracle Melts addresses the clinical core: the underlying tissue health behind vaginal atrophy.
-
Free Love supports the recurring UTIs, irritation, and everyday dryness that frequently accompany it.
-
Mood Maker supports arousal and natural lubrication, addressing the comfort and intimacy side of the same picture.
Because every Playground product is hormone-free and pH balanced, the line shares one consistent, non-hormonal approach. Miracle Melts, Free Love, and Mood Maker are designed to be used together—so you can build a recommendation around a patient's full experience, not just one symptom, without layering in hormones or mixing incompatible formulations.
Become a Playground partner
This is the reason providers recommend Playground with confidence rather than a generic lubricant. The Partner Program makes that recommendation effortless: there's nothing to stock or dispense—your patients order directly, every referral is tracked and attributed to you, and you're paid monthly.
