Donna is the owner of Purely Pelvic Floor Rehab with 2 locations in DFW. She has won the Ruby Decker Award, the Outstanding Clinical Educator Award, and the Exceptional Teaching Award. She served with FSBPT, AAWM, as a PTA Program Director, as the NTD Government Affairs Chair. She is a current peer reviewer with the APTA Journal of Women's Health Physical Therapy, a current panel expert and researcher for the ASCRS Pelvic Floor Consortium, and a lead researcher with IBSTR - Pelvic Floor Project.

Mentorship Services Description
I have been offering unpaid assistance for years to colleagues and students. I am happy to discuss patients, cases, education, billing or any issues. I have answered questions on Facebook and other digital forums for many years and have a number of PTs / PTAs and students that still reach out to me from the last 30 years. If you want more hands on training or in person time, which I have done many times, we can set up a longer time (for a very small fee to compensate for my time but not to cause you undue cost) which can be daily, weekly, monthly or whatever is needed to help you feel more confident about your practice and skills.
