This webinar will begin with a short lecture, exploring why pilates based exercises are beneficial for those with pelvic pain, geared specifically towards those with endometriosis. The second half of the session will be movement based, as our speaker walks participants through therapeutic exercises while explaining how they relate to general impairments or patient presentations.
