The PPSIG Directors invite Academy members and prospective members to an engaging opportunity to meet with the directors of the Pregnancy and Postpartum Special Interest Group (PPSIG). This casual meetup aims to provide insights into the directors' year-round activities, foster connections among members, and explore opportunities.

In recent times, the PPSIG has conducted informative webinars covering topics such as pregnancy-related abdominal wall neuropathy and the "dos and don'ts" of exercise during pregnancy. Additionally, they've developed valuable handouts addressing the challenges of returning to running postpartum. As we look ahead, the PPSIG welcomes your input and suggestions for future webinars, handouts, or any resources that would benefit you. We are eager to connect with you, discuss your career goals, delve into your current practices, and explore all aspects related to pregnancy and postpartum care.

To keep you informed about PPSIG's ongoing initiatives, including calls for volunteers and webinar invitations, we will provide a sign-up list at the event. Your RSVP is appreciated, as the room size may require us to limit attendance. We look forward to seeing you at this gathering and various other CSM events!

Bonus

If time permits, PPSIG Directors Nancy Cullinane and Rachel Bracken will lead a very casual discussion on two lectures at CSM that they are excited to attend (see links below). If you are also interested in either of those lectures, we will likely split into two groups to discuss one or the other and how they might change the way we treat the pregnant and postpartum population.
