Panelists for this Q&A come from a variety of settings from cash-based to outpatient hospital clinics where they serve as managers, business owners, or solo practitioners. Questions will cover information such as the basics of supplies, training, billing and diagnosis codes, intake forms, marketing, and community outreach that should be considered for starting a practice. This event will be a great resource for anyone interested in expanding access to pelvic healthcare in their area.
Learning Objectives

Speakers
Nicole Dudney, PT, DPT
Nicole attended grad school at Wingate University and found her love for pelvic health during a specialized clinical rotation at the Charlotte Continence Center. During her time at Wingate she also completed her Level 1 YogaFit certification and spent time teaching yoga classes.
She has furthered her pelvic health training with Herman and Wallace courses as well as online webinars and self directed courses. She has spent most of her professional career starting the pelvic health programs at multiple different clinics from private pay to outpatient hospital affiliated clinics. While she has not started her own clinic she has a background of knowledge from her 5+ years of clinical work in many different settings.
Christine King Burke, PT, DPT, MHA, PRPC
Christine is the Manager for Women's Outpatient Clinics at Hoag Hospital's Women's Health Institute in Orange County, CA. She oversees the Hoag Pelvic Health Program as well as the Hoag Maternal Mental Health program. Christine is a Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner (PRPC). She graduated from Oregon State University in Corvallis, OR with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science and then went on to Chapman University in Orange, CA where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Most recently, Christine received her Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Southern California.
Christine has been practicing Pelvic Health physical therapy for 15 years. Christine started her career in private practice prior to joining the team at Hoag as a lead PT. She eventually moved on to supervising the pelvic PT program, and then expanded her role to oversee multiple lines of servie within the Women's Health Institute.
Christine has participated in numerous community education events as a speaker and a panel member. She has been featured in Rehab Management, Physical Therapy Products, and PopSugar promoting awareness of pelvic and sexual health for both patients and practitioners. She participates as a guest lecturer in a quarterly continuing education course for LMFT’s specializing in sex therapy, educating clinicians from other disciplines on pelvic pain conditions and their overall impact on sexual health.
Erin Castlemann
Erin Castleman has spent over 20 years consulting to the U.S. Government on the use of biometrics for national and homeland security. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from Bethany College and is currently obtaining her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Following the traumatic childbirth of her first child and additional birth trauma from her second, Erin sought pelvic floor therapy. From that experience, she’s endeavored to attract and retain talented pelvic floor clinicians to staff her first studio, Foundations CLT, slated to open in Charlotte, NC in January 2026. Erin believes pelvic floor therapy exists at the intersection of physical and mental/emotional health and brings that lens to her business.
