Professional Bio

I am a pelvic and obstetric physical therapist, and I work with all genders, ages 4 and up. I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2020, and have been specialized in pelvic physical therapy ever since. I have extensive manual therapy and pelvic health training, and am skilled working with people of all ages and all genders

After dealing with my own injuries and health challenges associated with hypermobility and POTS, I understand how important it is to form a trusting partnership with your healthcare providers. I believe my role is to guide you to understanding your body better and supporting you toward achieving your goals. I utilize manual therapy, exercise, and education in my practice to make sure you get a very personalized plan for wellness

I value community, and want to support organizations that align with our values. I volunteer with several organizations, including Connective Strength, Seattle Dance & Performing Arts Medicine, and American Physical Therapy Association Pelvic Academy

When I’m not in the clinic, I enjoy quilting, west coast swing dancing, and spending time with my dogs
