Professional Bio

I treat patients holistically to TRANSFORM their lives (instead of just treating different impairments in isolation once major problems occur). I advocate for planned wellness check-ups and preventative care. I see the whole person - many of my patients also suffer from stress and anxiety and benefit from being seen in a calming, custom-tailored environment where multifaceted wellness is clearly the mode of operation. I want to do “primary care PT” and see people across their lifespan to regularly check their movement vital signs and get ahead of problems before they start! I also have a passion for education and solving access and equity problems in healthcare. I started my own practice to serve the community better by making people KnowledgeABLE and Advocating for Better Learning Equity!

Lynn Gray-Meltzer (or Dr. Gray - whichever you prefer) got her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2014. She went on to do an Orthopedic PT Residency, then became an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS through the APTA), Women’s and Pelvic Health Certified Specialist (WCS through the APTA, CAPP-Pelvic and OB) and a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (Klose Training). She did her 200-hour Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training through Soma Yoga Institute in 2023. She is currently working on an Integrative Lifestyle Medicine Certificate through Ginger Garner’s Living Well Institute.

Lynn is also a mom (to two daughters and Chachee the dog), wife, runner (sometimes), hiker and patient education and Lifestyle Medicine enthusiast. She can be spotted biking her kids around Arlington in their colorful electric cargo bike.
